What to expect
The show runs 2 days. The first morning usually has the freshest inventory. The last afternoon is often the best time to negotiate, since dealers would rather sell than pack up. Expect cosplayers and fan photo ops along with the vendor tables. Bring a want list. Long boxes are easier to work through when you know which issues you are after. If the show date doesn’t work, the comic shops listed below are open year-round near Roanoke.
