ComicStoresNearMe.com is a dedicated directory for the comic book collecting community. We exist to make it easier for collectors to find local comic shops, comic conventions, back issue dealers, and CGC drop-off locations — all in one place, all for free.
Why we built this
The existing directories are either limited to stores that buy from a single distributor, buried inside larger community platforms, or tied to a specific brand. None of them let you quickly filter for the things that actually matter to collectors: CGC drop-off, back issue bins, creator signings, and upcoming cons within driving distance.
ComicStoresNearMe focuses on exactly that. Every shop in our directory is verified and tagged with the services it actually offers. Every event is categorized by what you care about — whether CGC will be on-site, whether there's a dealer floor, whether creators are signing.
Who we are
ComicStoresNearMe is operated by Coastal Directory LLC, a Wyoming-registered LLC that runs a small network of niche collectibles directories built by collectors for collectors. Our sister site CollectibleFind hosts a curated directory of comic book creators, CGC grading specialists, and spec investors.
How the directory is built
Our shop data comes from a mix of sources: automated scraping of Google Maps comic book store listings, manual verification, and direct submissions from shop owners. Event data is pulled from Eventbrite, industry calendars, and shop websites — then filtered and categorized by hand.
Every listing is tagged pending before it goes live, so our team can review it for accuracy. If a shop has closed, moved, or updated its services, please let us know.

- No fake listings. Every shop is verified before publishing.
