What to expect
The show runs 3 days. The first morning usually has the freshest inventory. The last afternoon is often the best time to negotiate, since dealers would rather sell than pack up. Cosplay is welcome at most cons like this one; check the organizer’s rules on props before you go. Bring bags and boards for anything you buy, and check spines, corners and pages before you pay for a raw book. Can’t make the date? 5 comic shops are listed near St. Louis below.
